In the past, I felt self-conscious and insecure over the way I looked. My confidence was at its lowest and I knew I had to do something about it. After jumping on the weigh scale and seeing 210 lbs I knew it was time for me to make a change in my lifestyle. I knew this wasn’t going to be easy, but challenging. Throughout the years I have gained knowledge and learned through trial and error over the fitness grind. I now weigh 175 lbs and feel better than ever. I want to reach out and help others who are facing some of the same struggles I endured in the past. Lets get this shxt going!!!
